Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I have a goal of plastering the walls of my house. I had begun with the floor and it is my goal to plaster the whole house. Thjis is why I will save part of my transfers to buy materials for plastering the house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I built a new house two years ago. In the past two years, I have had to plaster the house on a monthly basis. This has been time-consuming and tedious because it takes a whole day to complete the work. I have always thought of plastering the house but because I did not much income to help me plaster the house. I had to preserve the task of plastering the house. I could not even hire someone to help with the task so as to use the money for hiring on other family needs. This is why I had to buy building materials such as cement and which I have used to plaster the floor of my house. The floor was the most tedious ones since we would pull seats on it and sometimes during the dry seasons, my children would be affected with jiggers because if the dust. Right now I feel at peace because I do not have to treat jiggers anymore and mopping the house is more comfortable than smearing.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I know I will have saved enough money for buying building materials such as cement and sand for plastering the house and even raised enough money to pay masons who will carry out the job. The other difference is to buy new household items such as utensils. The ones I have now are old and most of them keep on breaking because of how they have been used before. I do feel very ashamed of borrowing utensils whenever I have visitors at my house. I would also want to have my own and the only income I know will help e get new ones is my GD transfers.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different from how it was four months ago because I managed to plaster my house. My flour had holes and looked really horrible and dusty. I am now having a more decent floor which is also easy to clean. My living standards have greatly improved since I can manage to get basic needs in my household such as food and decent clothes for my children.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal is to buy furniture in my house. I am planning to buy a cupboard and chairs. I have some utensils which are made of glass thus very fragile and keeping them inside a cupboard will ensure safety. Having beautiful chairs in my living room will also make my house look more decent.

The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is plastering my flour. My floor was initially made of mud and was not looking good. I used my transfers to buy cement, sand and also to pay for the labour charges for plastering my floor. My floor looks decent and I am happy that I will no longer be smearing as I used to in the past because it was quite cumbersome.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect to plaster my wall. This will not only make my walls stronger but will also save me the cost of smearing. I usually buy the soil used for smearing and being that it is only found several kilometers away from my village, there is an additional cost incurred on transportation.
