I came back homee from my pepper farm and my neighbours told me that givedirectly had sent the money they promised. As I checked my phone, I saw 40375 in my account. I was so excited and thankful to God for Givedirectly. I went to bed and slept sound.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I used to burn coal and do farming to survive. things haven't been easy for me. The House I live in is not in good condition; during the rainy season it leaks everywhere in the house and I have to wake up with my children to wait for the rain to cease before going back to bed. Building a new house will be the greatest moment of my life and I believe that will happen soon which makes me happy everyday.
