How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is much different now in that I can afford to eat decent meals and I sleep in a nice house that I constructed with the cash transfers. Had I not received the cash transfers I would have lost alot of body weight.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done only good things for the poor through giving them cash transfers that have transformed very many poor families.

I spent my second transfer to purchase construction materials (cement, sand) worth UGX324,000 and I paid off outstanding debts worth UGX400,000. I spent UGX300,000 to pay the builders and I am planning to spend the balance of UGX400,0000 on purchasing household items. I also spent some money on treating my child who was a terminal disease.
