How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to build me an additional house that is more than the current house I am living in now The house that I planned to build is my future home, that I have purposed in my heart to build for myself.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirect assistance to me is greater than myself, because where I was before and where I am now, is something I can't just imagine. But God knows why Givedirect came in our town to help people like me who was going through some hardship and today we are living a happy life with our family.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The money was used to mold bricks, bought cement and others materials for the future home that I have planned to build from Givedirect assistance which is worth to be remembered in the future.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am successful to receive my transfer, I will use the money to renovate my house. I have planned to renovate my house because, the termite have eaten most of the sticks, I will use the money to make dirt bricks and change the house from sticks mud house to dirt-bricks house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought joy and happiness to me is, there is no confusion between my wife and I. I am happy when ever I leave from the brush and return home seeing my wife smiling and welcoming me with joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Our major challenge is lack of safe drinking water. We usually go to the creek to get water for drinking, cooking and cleaning up of home and other water related usage.
