How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because I have aquired many things that I did not have before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly did well to sensitise us on the nature of the transfer. Give Directly did bad to deny some people the transfers.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on purchase of a bull at 700,000ugx, I used 120,000ugx for starting the business of selling tomatoes. Am still keeping the balance but I Intend to use it for completing my house construction.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, my family and I feeding well. This is because this has improved our diet and health at large. Before, my children were so malnourished.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I had never had such an amount so when I recieved my money, I felt very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer buying building materials such as bricks, cement, timber and then construction of my house. I also used part of my transfer to feed my family, buy some clothes for my children and household items.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship which i face is my life is lack of school fees for paying my children. since all of them are studying.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when my children come back from school they make me happy.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is means of helping my family to get money to complete our house to put cement down. then the balance for paying school fees for our kids
