What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my most recent transfer to purchase cement and zinc including other building materials. I also used portion of the money to hire contractors for the cutting of wooden materials meant to erect the building.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is doing well and secondly Givedirectly has done what other organisations have fail to do. They have helped us to be independent and today we are able to provide for the need of our children and relative living with us.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal remain the same and nothing has changed. I previously told some of your team members who visited me after receiving my first transfer that I intend to construct a new building and the process has already started which I am hoping to complete in the soonest possible time. When the house is comleted, it will reduce the stress of house and allow us to live freely.

What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent most of my transfer on three of my children's school fees. I have been finding it difficult to maintain my children in school due to financial difficulty. Therefore, when I received the transfer and withdrew it, I went differently to pay and clear their fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I don't know what GiveDirectly is doing that doesn't seem well. But am glad for the help that GiveDirectly is giving us. GiveDirectly is doing well by giving us phone, sim card and also cash to help us and our families.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have a new plan to build a one room apartment in Monrovia so that my children can have a place to stay whenever they come to Monrovia whether briefly or permanently.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
As a single parent, my daily life has been very challenging. I have to burn coal to sell before earning money to pay my children fees but since I starting receiving my transfer, I can afford paying my children tuition without me doing hard labor and we have invested in business as well in order to have more source of income.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was happy when I received my transfer because Give Directly has regained my children and I hope of achieving our dream. From this transfer, were able to buy more goods for our business and my children are happy going to school.
