What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing food for the family consumption, built a kitchen since the previous one was old and was also not big enough to be used as a sleeping place at night. I also bought cushions to fix on the chairs and spent most of the transfers on purchasing a dairy cow and a calf that I can resell incase of any emergency.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, right now I have an idea of where to get money if I have an emergency and this is by selling my cattle bought using the third transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has brought a lot of change in our community through giving out unconditional cash transfers.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of my second transfer on buying a set of chairs which has been my most desire since I married.I also fixed windows and a door to my house,bought 1 sack of maize and fertilizer for my rice.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have classy chairs in my house and can now invite relatives and friends without feeling any shame.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We are planning to spend our transfer on hiring a tractor to plough some land, then buy fertilizer, seeds, and pay for labour to grow rice on a larger scale.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is the fact that I have been growing food that my family uses, instead of buying it from other farmers or from the market.

The biggest hardship I am facing in my life is lack of money to improve my farming activities.
