My goals before receiving the assistance from Givedirectly has remained the same, i have accomplished the same things i desired in my life before receiving the money
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I like everything about Givedirectly simply because the money goes directly to us recipients who do need the most.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have bought iron sheets, cement, window frames, bricks of which i want to use for building my house, i have decided to build a new decent house because me and my family have been living in a house which is in a very bad shape. I have also bought food because we did not have enough food for my whole family.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I'll be able to buy necessities for my household. Things like, food, finishing my house that just needs iron sheets, mattresses and clothes for the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
We are happy whenever we find work and buy food for the household.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenge we meet is lack of money, we have to find piece work for us to eat, and at times there's no work. The house we live in is small that's why we've build this bug one but because of money we are failing to finish it. We wanted to be in the new house by the time we have our third child but it's almost time for the baby to be born but the house is still incomplete.
