How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My major goal is to buy a new mattress before putting to bed. Am already 8months pregnant, and very soon my baby will soon be on the way. I will also like to continue my oil business while my husband is trying to get a new motobike. My prayers are with the Give Directly family for the support towards my family and I.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
My life has changed since I got into this program. This program can save some money. I now doing a business that will improve me more. My husband is riding his bike unlike before he used to drive for people. I want to appreciate this entity for their numerous support.

In the recent transfer I received from Give Directly, I used some to Buy one fourteen inches mattress. I also bought a few baby things,. The balance money is in savings for future use.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to make life comfortable for my children. Growing up as a teen I had a tough experience. I want to buy a parcel of land in Buchanan City and build a very decent house for my children. And major priority is to educate my children well because I didn't complete my education because of teenage pregnancy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has impacted my life so much. I can now borrow money in my community people. My business is prospering the motorbike I bought is doing well. I just want to appreciate Givedirectly for the tireless effort in making my dream to become a reality.

The money I received from Givedirectly, I used to start a business. I bought 20 gallons of oil at the rate of 2000 Liberian dollars each. I sold the oil and came up with a $10.000 profit which makes me so happy.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal I have set before receiving this transfer to start building one additional new house in this village to lodge strangers in the future.I have been challenge with lodging place for strangers . My current house has only three rooms and are occupied and I am tire with the idea of lodgings strangers in my room. I want to build one additional house for lodging. Thanks to Givedirectly for empowering me financially . I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, I am going to build a solid dirt bricks house for strangers in this village.

In my opinion,Givedirectly is giving free money to families without any condition attached to the usage. Givedirectly implementations in Rivercess county is transparent .Through Givedirectly cash supports, I am empowered financially to make business in this village Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. Every system in GiveDirectly is well organised and doesnot need any improvement.

I spend my most recent transfer to buy two bundles of 32gage zinc to start building two bed rooms house in this village .I want to build dirt bricks house. Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was lying down in the morning and I heard one of my neighbors shouting, praise God I have received my money from Givedirectly. I was touched by her voice so I horribly took my phone and asked my husband to check and we saw the transfer . I hugged my husband tightly and we started dancing and singing. It was a joyful mood for us because we had been in worried about how to pay someone balance debt we owned for one lot of land in Buchanan. We want to build a decent house in Buchanan for our children to stay, while we put some rooms into rent. It has not been easy for us to move on with this plan without sufficient money. My husband has been running motor bike , while I always sell petty businesses just to support the process of generating fundings. Now I am grateful to Givedirectly for the transfer, I am going to used the transfer to speed up with our building project.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference the transfer made in my daily life are , I can now cook rich food for my family to eat. I don't have no more worry about how to pay balance credit I owned for land space in Buchanan. My husband and I sleep sound in the morning. My husband has grown fat because he is not over using himself over motorbike to generate money to paid back debt owned . I believe that Givedirectly transfer, our worry will soon be over.

I am going to Buchanan next week to to pay our balance debt for the lot of land in Buchanan. This is where we want to build our dream house. We also used some of the money to pay our children balance tuitions because school has opened and we never had money to paid our children school fees. They are now clear from school fees payment. I believe that with my transfer, all our plan will come to pass.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan is to buy a land in Buchanan, and develop it for business purpose. This has been my Long time plan because, house is a life time profit . When I'm lucky to have this house, I will give it for rent, and the money will be used to educate my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months, it was in july when two of my kids dux their classes, I was overjoyed, because I go through a lot to support them, and seeing them bringing so much pride to me, it's a blessing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The main challenge I'm faced with is money. I grow cassava to made fufu for survival, and sent my kids to school but due to increased in transportation, business got difficult in that,My first daughter was in the city(Monrovia) going to school, but have to drop out and came back inorder to the village to make farm, inorder to save some money before continuing her education.
