How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I am very happy to acquire household items I didn't have and an iron sheet roofed house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well giving us money to enable buy household items, livestock, food, and build houses; and I don't see anything it hasn't done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials especially iron sheets, timber to construct a house, and bought food.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My daily life is much different in that I am healthy because I eat well and I am happy. I was helpless before and very stressed of lack of money to buy food and other necessities.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy and excited when I received the money. I was full of joy and happiness.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought bricks worth 540,000 ugx. I also bought a mattress, a bed and bedsheets. I bought some clothings and food. So far I have a balance of 550,000 ugx which I plan on spending to buy a heifer.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means i will build my house and also buy some cattle for rearing.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when I wake up well thanking My God for my Grace.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of enough support for survival especially for treatment since i suffer from heart disease.
