Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt good because I recieved alot of money at once. Money that provides hope and gave me solutions to my problems. I was beyond happy and filled with joy on the day.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
We have a good place to sleep and even the house is decent looking all thanks to the money. My children are dressed properly and this makes me happy because it is a change.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought 7 bags of cement for my house. I have a house but it was not completely finished so I bought cement to plaster the inside and outside. I went on to buy my some chairs and a table so that my house should have furniture. I add a mattress and bought some clothes for my children as that did not have decent looking clothes.
I also bought 2 bags of fertilizer for my feild. I did this so that I have a good enough harvest, I fail to harvest enough because I do not have fertilizer so I want to change this

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I have 3 other rooms without proper floor and plaster hence the money will go towards that. I have also very few clothes so the money will cover that area too. My school going kids have to be provided with uniforms,masks among others.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Failure to have enough fertilizer so as to harvest more since every farming season success depends on fertilizer.
