What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of the last transfer to buy fishing net as my source of income since l am using it for fishing. I also spent the transfer to pay school fee for my sister who is in secondary school. The remaining balance l spent to buy one bag of maize for consumption.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying a wet cell at 7,000 KES, woofer speaker 7,000 KES, paid 10,000 KES school fee for my two siblings in high school, bought a sack of maize at 5,400 KES, a phone at 2,000 KES, clothes for the family at 5,000 KES, paid 3,000 KES debt then used the rest of the cash on daily needs for the house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now fell a bit relived of debts now that I paid all the debts that I incurred using a hired fishing boat. Am also happy that we have some of the things that I only admired but could never own.

I used a portion of the transfer to buy maize for family consumption. Bought a mattress. Purchased family clothes. I also purchased other household items with the rest of the money.

When I received the transfer, I got very happy because I had some plans but couldn't execute them due to fincial constraints.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
As a fisherman,the good part of being in the industry is having your own boat so that you can enjoy the profits and the losses as an individual, i dont own a boa, am always hanging on other people's boats and this becomes hard when you have to split the fish caught even if it means ending up with nothing
What is the happiest part of your day?
During the day, because i get to interact with family and friends and visit my relatives
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I have always wanted to build a bigger permanent house, and i have always wished my wife could have her own business. Am glad that givedirectly came into play, because i will now build a bigger permanent house and give my wife se cash to set up her own business
