What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a cow for rearing and also stocked some food for my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in a way that my family and I no longer go a day without a meal which was not the case before i received transfers because we would sometimes miss out on a daily meal due to the fact that i couldnot afford to buy food.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by giving us money and letting us decide how to use it.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Yes, cement and chairs! I spent the second transfer on cement to cement my dusty house but it is cleaner now and I also bought chairs in my house, now I have where I can seat my visitors.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Having a cemented and cleaner house is the biggest difference in my daily life. I cemented my house using the transfers and I am happy.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
Oh yes, chairs, mattress, bedsheets and utensils! I spent my first transfer on chairs, beddings and utensils because I was not having any of them. Now I have them and I am happy.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was eating dinner, I was a message for mobile money. I was happy and I stayed there for an hour because of much joy.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on finishing my house, buy solar, furniture and the remaining balance to buy some livestock.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is buying land on which I constructed my house.

My biggest hardship is providing basic needs to my children. This is because I do not have sustainable source of income to support my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I am having a meal with my children.
