What did you spend your third transfer on?
Oh yes, a house and treatment! I used some money to pay for the hospital bills because i was admitted in Nakavule hospital due to ulcers. Am also going to build a house only that am still weak and can't monitor the project.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If i didn't get a transfer. I would have dead by now because I was sick and had no money to go to the hospital. But am now saved. Secondly, I wouldn't have been able to buy a land.Thanks

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Well, on Iron sheets, sand and mattress! I spent my second transfer on iron sheets because my roof was leaking but it is now properly roofed.I also bought a mattress and I am happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My house is properly roofed and it is the biggest difference in my life. I used the my transfer to roof my house and I am glad.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
Well, a plot of land! I spent my first transfer on a plot of land because my land was very small to accommodate a kitchen and pit latrine. I have also used this very transfer to build a chitchen and pit latrine in my expanded plot of land and I am proud.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was sleeping, upon waking up I saw a message on my phone. I opened it and it was money transfer from GiveDirectly. Much happiness overtook me. I was happy, I am happy and I will be happy.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on finishing my house and the remaining balance to buy land for agriculture and some livestock

My proudest achievement is constructing house this gave a family comfortable accommodation.

My biggest hardship is paying school fees for my children because I have no sustainable income to fully support my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I am conversing with my neighbors.
