How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I have been able to plaster my house and it has become stronger and its looking beautiful .
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion Give Directly did well to priorities giving money to the residents of my village leaving out impostors and children. There is nothing they are not doing well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for buying a cow at UGX 500,000, a door, windows and a bag of cement at UGX 408,000, clothes at UGX 105,000, household items at UGX 160,000. I paid school fees of UGX 140,000 and a medical bill of UGX 25,000, repaired a motorcycle at UGX 40,000 and saved UGX 150,000 . The remaining money UGX 105,000, I used for food.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my home has become beautiful especially after plastering my house.

The moment I received the transfer, I felt happy .
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for paying school fees and for buying food, construction materials ( 2 trips of sand, 20 bags of cement, 2 trips of marram, lime)for plastering my house. I have saved 200,000ugx.

Receiving this money means i renovate my house then the balance i will buy cattle for rearing.

My happiest part of the day is in the evening when interacting with my friends and family.

The biggest hardship i face is chronic sickness which affects my rate of catering for My household welfare.
