How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am Boakai M. Faliku from Beh town, Bomi county Liberia. I planned to wait for my last cash transfer before cashing out to buy a brand new motor bike for business purpose. I use my first cash transfer to buy a second handled motor bike but I was involved in an accident that damage the bike. My second transfer was spent on my son's school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I am usually receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly monthly according to schedule given me. Their Staffs aways following up to make sure that I received transfer. I have not heard of anything that Givedirectly didn't do well in this village. Thanks to Givedirectly for taking me from one level to another.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I am saving my third cash transfer to add to my last transfer to purchase a new Motor bike for business purpose.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am successful to receive my transfer, I will use the money to establish a business for my wife and I, and I will also use some of the money to pay my daughter school fees. I will like to establish a business because, I don't want to just use the money and be left with nothing and to back to start struggling again. So when I have a business doing, I will be able to provide for family and depend on the business for our future survivor.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought happiness to me the past four months was, when I got a motorcycle from one of my uncle for work and pay. I was happy because, I have been jobless for a very long period of time and having a bike to ride really make me happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Some of the challenges I am facing is lack of job and money. I am a motorcyclist and I don't have my own motorbike. Also I am not getting motorbike from anyone to run as a job. So I am finding it difficult Take care of my family needs. Sometimes, because of lack of job or money, my family goes a whole day with out eating, except they go to my mother for food to eat for that day.
