How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The biggest different in my life is that I'm able to buy food in my house, I have also gained some weight because I'm able to feed well. GD is like my spouse now because it has provided me with money since I'm a widow.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD has done well by Financially supporting Us in various ways Like enabling us Educate our children, Buy Household items, Livestock and above all we did not expect such a wonderful support from anybody. As for me there is nothing that didn't go well everything went well.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to buy a cow for myself which will enable me educate my chidren in future. I have also got a peace of mind because I can now provide for my family.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I became very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for purchasing a cow at 750,000 ugx, kitchen utensils at 400,000 ugx, chilren's school requirements at 140,000 ugx, l have saved 250,000 ugx to spend later for buying a bed and the balance of the money I spent it for buying food.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to take my children to better school. This money will enable me pay school fees for my children in school of high standards.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is during praise and worship at the church and this normally in the afternoons
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is how to pay my children's school fees and feeding.
