What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my entire second transfer Ugx 1632000 to complete payment of land that I had deposited on using the first transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly in my opinion has done well by giving me money that has enabled me to acquire my personal land.
However, there is nothing bad that GiveDirectly has done.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Currently, my life has changed because I was able to acquire my personal land that I will now fully cultivate on and get relieved from the issue of hiring farm land. This has given me happiness since prior to receiving this money, I was always hard up on money to hire farm land. At times the season would pass without me farming and I ended up doing casual labor in other people's farms to raise money or in exachange for food to feed my family.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first cash transfer to deposit as part payment for an acre of land that I intend to buy for crop cultivation.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Receiving my first cash transfer came with ululations because I had shortage of land for crop cultivation. I knew that, this money would help me acquire an acre of land of my own since I have produced out of wedlock, I have been relying on my parent's land that is not even enough.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now have self esteem because I am in the process of acquiring land of my own which comes with changing status in the community. Thanks be to GiveDirectly.
