What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to install electricity in my house. I bought iron sheets at 16,000 KES and also paid laborers 7,000 KES
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I now have a big house and electricity which has relieved me burden
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has changed the lives of recipients through cash transfers which were unconditional. GiveDirectly should stick to helping the less privileged

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use this transfer in building a better house, this one is small but my family is large. I also plan to construct a latrine so that I can improve sanitation here.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that I managed to repay a bank loan despite being a widow.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was losing my husband at an early age. I had to take care of the family, a responsibility that proved tough to me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when singing praise songs with our church choir.
