Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was excited, very excited after receiving the money. Kept checking my balance in disbelief, I could not tell anyone because I was scared some might think of robing me. Then when I heard everyone has received, I started bragging about it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Our life changed after receiving that money. We did not have a proper place to sleep and we were starving. The minute, the transfer alert my phone, I knew my life will change. Now my whole family has a better place to sleep and we are eating 3times a day, thanks to GD.
