What did you spend your second transfer on?
I paid 25,000 KES for a mechanic course for my son, 9,000KES on buying and fixing an iron door, and paid 14,000KES debt to a SACCO. I also spent 1,000KES on buying maize for consumption.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I feel so happy that I was able to send my son to college to get trained as a mechanic.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to spend the transfer to plaster our house. We also plan to spend the transfer to build a toilet that we can use. We also plan to spend the transfer to pay loan which we borrowed to pay school fees for our children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Our proudest achievement is that we have managed to pay school fees for our step son who has completed his education and managed to get a job.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that we have faced in life is that we don't have a stable source of income to pay school fees for our children. We are overwhelmed by the huge fee balances that we owe in schools because our income is too low.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up alive and I am able to prepare breakfast for my family.
