Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is that in the past I did not have land, however I have now acquired a plot of land and I am going to construct my own house. More so, I now have two chickens that I believe when they produce and multiply, I intend to acquire goats through barter trade and these in turn will enable me buy cows. And eventually I will be able to marry.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so happy because it was a blessing from Givedirectly to send me the cash transfer. It helped me alot and I was able to follow on my plan of buying a plot of land. I was so happy for this opportunity.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
After I received the cash transfer I bought a plot of land at 1,600,000 ugx and I spent 70,000 ugx on paying the land signitories, and 30,000 ugx for buying two chickens and the balance of the cash transfer I bought food for myself.
