Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was excited about the transfer, I danced about it and whistled. This was a big blessing and I can not take it for granted. Same day I could not wait to withdraw, the excitement was huge and we rushed to town to withdraw and shopping.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The difference now is my life has changed in different dimensions. Talk of food, we are secured at my household, we used to sleep on the floor but now we are sleeping on the matress. Also, this is the last time we will have problems with loofing, every year the house leaks. But next year, will fix my house with iron sheet.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought Iron sheets, 3bags of maize, beddings and matress.
