How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I have been able to construct an iron sheet roofed house, and feeding is better in that I am able to change diet regularly. This has brought happiness in my life. Before, my life was full of stress on how to stand for my family ever since spouse past away.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving me money that has enabled me to build an iron sheet roofed house, and improved feeding in my home. In addition, the process of its work doesn't encourage bribery or corruption. In my opinion, I don't see anything it hasn't done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy iron sheets, timber, cement, sand, a door and windows for the house being constructed.I also bought household items like clothes, mattress, utensils, and paid medical bills.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, my living a much peaceful life each day. This is because, I'm no longer stressed over how to get some basic needs like medical which I struggled to get in the past.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money, I felt too good. This is because I knew this money was going to relieve me from the burden of poverty.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy building materials such as sand, bricks, iron sheets for the construction of my permanent house. I also bought household goods and used part of the money for treating myself together with the family.
