I used the money I received from Give Directly to build a new house because OI had a small house that could not fit my large family furthemore it was hectic mantaining.

I spent my second transfer on buying 40 pieces of Iron sheets 26,000 KES, poles 14,400 KES, roofing nails, 1,600 KES, ordinary nails 960 KES, transport 4,500 KES and the remaining amount I paid workers.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now stay in a bigger house and I also have a dairy cow gives me milk for sale hence generation of income.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to buy sand, cement, timber, round poles, nails and iron roofing sheets which I will use to build a better house for my family. The remaining transfers will be used to buy some oxen and a ploughing machine which I will use to till my farm.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having planted maize and beans in my farm. I managed to get a bountiful harvest and after selling the produce I bought two large bulls.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of enough money to build a better house for my family, my current house is too small to cater for my family. We usually have to squeeze in the same space at night and this is very uncomfortable.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up because I get to thank and praise the Lord for blessing me and my family.
