How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly improved in that, I have expanded my restuarant business which is now making more profits than I used to. I also bought an ox which is ploughing my farmland. This has enabled me to cultivate my crops in time without waiting for oxen for a long period of time as I used to.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well in giving me the transfer that has brought developement in my life by acquiring for me assets like livestock. There is nothing bad that GiveDirectly has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was Ugx 815000 and I used it to buy chairs, tables worth 540000 and household items such as curtains, utensils at Ugx 275000. The other part of the transfer was spent by my spouse since we agreed to split it.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am a stress free person.

The moment I received my first transfer, I felt happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I bought beedsheets and shoes worth 40,000ugx. I also bought a bull worth 805,000ugx to help in ploughing land for crop cultivation and 2,500ugx, I used for buying a meal.

The biggest hardship I am faced with is inadequacy of farm land.

The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when my children are playing.
