What did you spend your third transfer on?
I paid my brother in collage fee. Gave my spouse some cash to invest in fish business. Purchased some household items. I'm still having the rest of the transfer which I'll pay my collage fee.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I live with hope that I'll get a descent job after going to collage with GD transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GD does well is that it uplift the lives of the very poor in the community. At the moment I'm not aware of what GD doesn't do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on leasing land at 10000 KES, fees at 20000 KES, chairs at 10000 KES while the remaining 10000 KES was topped up in the business of selling vegetables and tomatoes in the village.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that nowadays, my family can afford food since the small scale business provides for the family.

I spent my first transfer on buying food, I also payed for my brother's college fee and I also payed for my computer training

I felt very happy when I received the cash because it gave me hope of being able to afford to pay my brother's college fee

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to use the transfer on paying for my driving course.This will help me get a job as a driver.Then l will use the remaining amount on paying fees for my brother who is in college studying information technology .
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that am trained cousellor. l have been able to change lives by couselling people who are found to be HIV positive accept their status.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in my life is making ends meet.The subsistence farming l do is minimal and can not sustain my family needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of my day is in the evening because after work,l relax and spend time with my children.
