How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My first, second and third transfer was spent on a new building materials because my old house is cover with thatch and it leaks especially during the raining season. I have developed a new goal.With my last transfer from Givedirectly, i was able to established a new business to help with others expensive for the family. My life is now better because the stress and struggles have reduced.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I appreciate Givedirectly for all of the money.I am one of the happiest recipients in my community. All of Givedirectly activities went well. I am satisfied with all.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With the cash transfer from Givedirectly, i was able to established a new business which will help with my family support when Givedirectly shall have left. Thanks to Givedirectly that my struggles is over.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
When I got my first and second transfers, my focus was no building a house because I have been living in an old grass thatch house. My new goal is to start a business that will sustain my family when GiveDirectly shall have left. I bought enough goods for my shop. I will continue to generate profit from the business for my family sustainability. I appreciate GiveDirectly for my transfer.

GiveDirectly is doing everything well by giving me money to change my life from extreme poverty. GiveDirectly staff are patience in working with people. In my opinion, GiveDirectly is doing everything well. I appreciate GiveDirectly for my transfer.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
When I got my first transfer, I bought zinc and other building materials to construct new house The house I lived in now is a old stick house cover with grass thatch. My new goal is to add shop to the new house I want to build. My source of income has been making gardening and sell the yield. When I open the shop, I will be able to generate money continually. I thank GiveDirectly for my transfer.

GiveDirectly is not involve in corruption. GiveDirectly can fulfill promise. With the help of GiveDirectly, I am about to build a modern house for my family. I'm about to open shop that will keep on generating money for me. Everything GiveDirectly is doing in is community is perfect. I encourage GiveDirectly to continue the good work.

I have planned to open a shop with my new transfer. I also used some of the money to buy additional materials for my building project. I am a farmer. Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was on the farm, when I came home and heard that transfer has started coming to people phone in the community, checked mind. I saw my transfer.I started to to shout with joy. I lived in a very old house. I had a plan to build a new house, but I couldn't afford the money to build it. When I got my transfer, I said to myself, God has answer my prayers. I bought zinc and other building materials to build a new house. It is GiveDirectly that has made me to walk in my community with my head lifted high up, because I was ashamed of the old grass thatch house that I lived in. I really thank GiveDirectly for my money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, my life is fill with happiness. I don't worry about killing animals to earn living. I am about to build a new house. I will not be worried when ever rainy season is around because before rainy season starts, I will already be in my new house. I feel very relaxed since I received my first transfer. I thank GiveDirectly for this transfer.

I spent my transfer on building materials such as zinc, nails and planks. It has been in my plan to build house, but I couldn't afford the money. I set trip for animals and kill them to sell and earn living. I lived in a very old house. With this transfer, I was able to buy building materials. What does receiving this money mean to you?
For me, I will like to continue my education so once I get this money I will enroll back in school to continue from the class I dropped from due to difficulties after my father's death.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Nothing have given me joy besides, the coming in of Givedirectly in to my life which is just a news yet.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Since my father's died during last year August, I have not yet gotten any support in order to get back to school so getting tuitions to get back to school is my main challenge.
