What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my third transfer on buying building materials such as 25 pieces of iron sheets, a steel door, two steel windows which I am planning to use on building a decent spacious house in my own homestead, what is delaying me is the custom law that state I can't build a homestead before my elder brother does the same. I bought clothes for my family and 8 pieces of cushions for my chairs. I have saved some money 10,000 KES that I will use on the construction of my homestead.
