Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My biggest achievement is that I have acquired equipment for farming for example an ox and a ox plough which are going to facilitate agriculture. I believe I will now be able to cultivate enough crops having hired more two acres of farm land. Before receiving the money, I had no option other than to hire oxen which was expensive and delayed work since the owners ploughed their own farms before hiring the oxen out.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy when I got the mobile money message because this transfer was going to help me acquire my own ox, ox plough and hire farm land.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on purchase an ox at UGX 1,300,000, I bought the ox plough at UGX 200,000. I hired two acres of land at UGX 200,000.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to farm on a larger scale. I intend to do cultivation and have some livestock which I can sell at a later stage just to keep my money growing. This will improve my stansard of living.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the morning when members of my family and neighbours are healthy. They are able to work for themselves so nothing really bothers me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to buy oxen which would well support my cultivation activity. For this reason, I am not able to cultivate as much as I would wish though I have land.
