What did you spend your third transfer on?
Staying in a decent three roomed house that I had built with the third transfer has always been un-achievable for a peasant like me since with my low income making priority of saving to build a house over feeding and educating my children has been null since before the transfer I was staying in was small one roomed house with nine members of my family as a result privacy wasn't maintained .I also partly paid school fees for my child who is in college.
