What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 30,000 KES of my second transfer on buying a boat and its accessories. I also bought a mattress,1 sack of maize and still have 8,000 KES.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
We bought 32 iron sheets at 22,400 KES, nails at 3,000 KES, poles at 9,500 KES, ropes to tie the poles at 2,000 KES and spent 7,000 KES to pay for labour to construct the house. We also paid school fees for 2,000 KES and the rest was spent on daily food expenditure.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
We have been able to construct a bigger house that can comfortably contain us and our belongings. The previous house was very small and uncomfortable to live in.

We plan to build a new house, buy fishing materials for my husband who is a fisherman, and to invest in business.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement am proudest of is our investment in fishing. We recently bought more fishing nets and that means more income for us if all goes well. I am proud because the money we invested was from merry go round groups savings.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we face now is lack of a sustainable income source. We also try farming at times but the weather is mostly unfavorable.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I do household chores like fetching water, doing laundry and just generally ensuring my environment is clean.
