How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I dress better with costly clothes in the village, and my movement within has been made easy with the bicycle. Before, my dressing was poor and used to walk long distances on foot.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving us money directly to build houses, buy livestock, taxi motorcycles, things that people wouldn't have got without this money, and the money is given to almost everybody. There's nothing it hasn't done well in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy a bicycle, two goats, paid a debt, built myself a grass thatched house, and gave some to brothers as a gift.
