Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My only goal, for now, is to finish my o level education and attain a grade that will land me an admission to the university where I can study to get my undergraduate. Later on, I can get work and help my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
My father used to work with the county council as a tax collector. This made home the breadwinner and the beacon of hope in our home. Not until early last year when age couldn't allow him to continue working, he was forced to retire. Ever since things have not been the same, paying my school fees became a problem but thanks to GD's for the support that has been helping me pay my school fees. I am currently in form two proceeding to form three.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will be in form three and God willing I will have nill fees balance this means undisrupted studies.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Due to my parent's low income, it has always been tough for them to pay for my school fees on time which forced my teachers to send me home frequently. Since I started receiving the transfers, such has never happened because I now manage to pay my fees on time using the money I receive. This means that I am always fully in school and focuses more on my studies.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I have my own house but have no furniture in it at all. This forces me to sit on the bed while reading which is quite uncomfortable therefore, I would want to buy seats and at least one table to assist during revision. I also want to start investing part of these transfers as early as now in poultry farming. Chickens are very easy to maintain and will not require much of my attention or affect my studies hence the reason to settle for that kind of project.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
My school is very far away from home and takes almost two hours to get there on foot. When I started receiving these transfers I decided to buy a bicycle which I now use for transport to school. The bicycle has been the greatest blessing in my life it has saved from having to walk for almost four hours daily to and from school to me was like punishment. I don't get as tired as before because I spend less time on the road which gives me more time to work on my homework.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have bought a few furniture in my house which will make it easier for me to read comfortably. As it is at the moment, I sit on the bed while reading which is very uncomfortable and gives me a sense of laziness because I fall asleep as soon as I start reading.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I am in secondary school. I attend a day school quite far from our home, and for me to arrive at school on time and start my studies with my classmates, I have to wake up early. This is because I used to go to school on foot. This was tiresome and took me more hours. It also affected my performance negatively. As most of the time, I spent either walking to cover the long distance or resting from the long journey. As we speak, from the transfers GiveDirectly sends me, I managed to buy a bicycle. I am a happy student. My performance has tremendously improved. With the bicycle, I arrive at school on time and start lessons on time. Thank you GiveDirectly!
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect that the poultry keeping project will be generating me more income. My parents’ income is not that stable that can finance my college education and with this project, I will be able to see myself through college.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I no longer go to school on foot as I used to before. My performance too has really improved because I nowadays get time to study being that I get home early as compared before when I had to walk all the long distance. Also, I do not wake up in the wee hours of the morning so that I manage to catch up early at school. My bicycle has saved me a lot of this hustle.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to improve my already running poultry keeping project. I am planning to improve it so that I get enough income that will enable me afford my College fees. I shall have relieved my parents of this one expense.
