What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the last cash transfer to build a new house. I had a grass thatched house that was small and kept on leaking every time it rained, so I had no option but to replace it with an iron roofed house that is more spacious. I also used part of that money to pay for my dowry since my husband had not paid the dowry before.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I constructed an iron-roofed house of 25 iron sheets. I am currently living in a better house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I live better now-sleeping and waking up in a better house-it is warmer and more comfortable than the leaky grass-thatched house I had before then. Life in a leaky house is just unbearable, you don't sleep enough and you fall sick more frequently.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that getting food to feed my family is difficult because my income is very low and the price of food has gone up.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up to sweep my compound. This makes me happy as I love staying in a clean place.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money makes me happy as I will be able to meet our needs of owning a better house that is iron roofed so that we can move from the one that is grass thatched.
