How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I am more happpy now that we have an asset that we call our own and apart from it being a source of food, it is also a source of income for us.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the four months, I want to buy another cow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life is that I have a continuous source of milk since I bought a cow with the transfers and the proceeds from selling some milk helps to take care of some baic needs.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect that in the next six months, I will be financially stable so that we don't need to overwork in trying to feed our family and that we have a steady sourve of livelihood.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life is that now I have my own cow which is lactating. I now get milk from my own cow and have save money which I would have rather spend on buying milk and I do also sell surplus to get some income.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect in the next six month I would have bought a piece of land. I expect to save the money which I get from the sale of milk on merry-go-round such that when my turn comes I would spent the money buy piece of land.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Currently am happy milking my own cow which gives us milk for use and surplus milk for sale. This has enable us to get money for buying food and other expenditure.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to plaster my house which I had constructed and had unfinished floor. When I got my next transfer I will spend on plastering floor and putting ceiling boards to my house to have a comfortable warm shelter. I would also expect to buy some furniture.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is the struggle of that comes along with starting a family.I got married nine years ago and we had nothing beginning with a small grass thatched house and very little income from casual labour.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up.This is because of the gift of health that God has given me and the priviledge to see another day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on completion of construction of my house.Finishing off the walls and cementing the floor.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is seeing my children attending school moreso a private school.I really want my children to be educated and better than me since I did not complete primary school.
