What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a cow that I am rearing, before I never had livestock to rear until I got this transfer as I also bought a sheep. I also bought school uniforms, shoes and books for my children in primary school. The remaining I spent on food for my family consumes. What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the whole of the second transfer to buy building materials as l am planning to a new house, since l am staying in a very old house which is almost collapsing down due to rain.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that l now have hopes in life, l was almost losing hope in life because of the poverty level that l am in.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on land preparation (4,500 KES), a bag of dry maize grain for food (3,500 KES) and special Christmas clothes for my family (2,000 KES).
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I was on my way home from the Lake where I do fishing for income, and suddenly my joy knew no bound with GD transfers I could at last start planning right away to make my fishing business more effective and more business-like for better income and that is what I would do with the lump sum transfer.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to use part of the transfer on renovating my house because my current one is in a poor state.Secondly l would like to use the transfer on paying school fees for my children in primary school. Lastly, l will use the transfer on rice farming,l will buy seeds and fertiliser.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Being able to take my daughter to a tailoring course is my proudest achievement.l paid her fees using savings l got from selling rice after a good harvest.She is now able to start her own tailoring business.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in my life is making ends meets.l got low yields from my maize and rice farm because of poor whether conditions this year.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of my day is in the morning when working in my farm.l feel optimistic that will get some good yields.
