What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
When we get the money, we will buy food, at least 15 bags of maize. After cyclone Ana, our house keeps cracking so we will use the money to plasta it to keep it strong. That will need cement, sand and bricks to maintain the cracks and improve it.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I can't really say there's something out of the ordinary. We're just living day by day as you've found us. Nothing much.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
At the moment, I am struggling with food. This is because there is so much sun here. We're in a rain shadow zone so no matter our efforts, crops don't well. Other times there's too much rain which erodes our crop. Another problem is our house, it keeps developing cracks and may fall if not attended to soon.
