I spent my third transfer on enrolling my child to a vocational training course. I also built a traditional house 'simba ' for my son hence they no longer share with her sister a sleeping place that is the kitchen

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the second transfer to buy dairy-cow, this will save from spending money to buy milk from neighbors. I also spent the transfer to buy television for entertainment and it will also helping me get informed through news a bout what is a happening in our country. The remaining balance l spent to buy 3 sacks of maize for my consumption.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I am now well informed a bout what is happening in our country and l am also eating well.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying school uniform ,bags and shoes for our 3 children who were badly in need of new school items (4,500 KES), a bag of dry corn for food (4,000 KES) as well as assorted food items.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I felt first a sense of disbelief as if this was too good to be true, but all in all this was a wonderful moment for me. After that I recovered and began to plan for the money.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to spend the transfers towards cementing our house to make it neat. We also plan to build a toilet since we currently have none yet it is something very important.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement was when I had a good harvest of millet which after selling I was able to buy seats, a bed and school uniform for my children.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we are faced with is how to get food and means to educate our children since our income is very little.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of our day is the morning since we celebrate a new day.
