How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am Jahseh Kpaka from Kpagbola town, Bomi county Liberia. Since I started receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly, I decided to build my own house and continue payment of my children tuition. I am presently working towards my plan.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is a trustworthy organization that is very committed to payment of the cash. Their staff are respectful and patient in interacting with people. They don't accept gift from people nor request for gift. I am so excited and want to thanks Givedirectly. I have not heard of anything that Givedirectly didn't do well in this village.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not cash out my money yet due to busy schedule. When I cash out my money, I am planning to pay Carpenters for roofing my house and save the balance for my kids next semester registration and tuition fees.
