What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on a bag of dry corn for consumption (3,500 KES), tractor hire for land preparation (3,000 KES) as well as part Secondary school fee for my 2 children (4,000 KES) to enable them get back to class and learn together with the rest.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I almost cried since at that moment we had not eaten for 2 days and were hungry yet I had no money, and also my bulls had died because of drought and I had no way of cultivating my land unless I used my hands but yet when I went to the shamba to dig that morning I almost collapsed due to lack of energy, and had no option but to return home and pray for a miracle. Thank you GD for the miracle of the transfer because we were able to buy food, and I also hired a Tractor that prepared our land on which we planted crops and we hope for a good harvest.
