Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My goal is to start poultry farming. I am now used to getting money and I don't want to get stranded after GiveDirectly have finished their project in this village. I have plans for keeping them since I will close school for about one month. This is enough to start something and run a poultry business.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer bother my parents to provide me with pocket money. The transfers I get from GiveDirectly is enough to push me through while in school. I normally use the money to pay rent and to buy food for while in school. I don't have to stress my mother anymore. I feel good for relieving her off some of the burdens. I let her focus on providing for my younger siblings who are in secondary and primary school.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect that my life will have greatly improved. My parent's life will be stress-free because I will not be asking a lot from her. I will be going on well with my education and will not have the shame of having to ask for everything from her. I also believe that my poultry project will have picked up and added income to the family.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I no longer depend on my mother on everything as I have been able to pay my house rent and cater for my basic needs. This has enabled her to save money to pay for my sibling's school fees.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal in life is to start poultry keeping project. I am planning to be buying four chicken every month using my transfers. This project will help me not to lack my basic needs at school as my mother will be selling some of the eggs and send me the money to use.

The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have been able to engage myself in some farming activities. Having my crops on the farm will help me since I will later sell them and use the money to pay for my school fees and house rent.

I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will be dependent. I will have also started poultry keeping project. This project will allow me to save part of my transfers and later invest them on something viable.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I have managed to support my parent to pay for my school fees. It used to pain me to see them stay hungry just to send me daily expenses, let alone the back-breaking casual jobs they had to do to pay my fee. I have also managed to plant maize. I used to buy maize seed and planted them. It is doing well and this will help me other to reduce household expenditure as we won't have to buy maize flour like we usually do. My family will now be able to pay my school fees well and meet our daily needs.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I don't have any additional goals for as I am a continuing regular student until the year 2021. I will still be using it to buy food and to facilitate me to and from school.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life daily life is having food and money for transport to school. I am a student at a nearby college and because I stay away from my home, I have to buy my own food and cook for myself. I use the transfers to buy foodstuff and this hs really aided me in my stay at school. I also use part of the transfer from my house to the college which is very reliable to meet my daily needs at school. Having these transfers have made my student life a little bit bearable.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will have fully paid my rent at school. This will give me ample time to stay and study at the campus. I will do so well to become a good medical studen tbecause I wont have anyting else to biother me othr than the studies.

My life is currently different because I am able to farm back at home as well as attend school. This is because I used one of the transfers to buy bean seeds and chicken.This has really helped me to know that I have a secure futre.It has also helped me mostly ewith rent and personal items at school.

Upon receiving this transfers my life has really changed. It has helped me to live a good life in school. My life is now bearable since I afford all meals unlike before when I used to miss some. I also use afford to buy other personal items.

Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
I want to purchase a motorcycle very soon, i will use the motorcycle as a taxi and it will be a source of income hence changing my livelihood for the better.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have seen improvement in how we farm and the general agriculture that we do here. This has resulted in more food and this has made us as a family happy.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have built my own house and will be living comfortable since i will have more than one sources of income, i.e motorcycle taxi and sales from chicken rearing.

The biggest difference i see is that i rear more chicken than i used to. I find joy in having to see my stock increasing.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of school fees while i was in secondary school.Sometimes i would stay for a long time at home when there is no money to pay the fees

The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon just after lunch when i am almost done with what i need to do for the day and i have time to rest
