What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of the transfer to pay my son who joined form one this year fee. I used a portion of the ramaining transfer to buy and fix metalic door and windows. I had some old wooden door and windows which could't guarant me some better security. Besides, I purchased foodstuffs for family consumption with the rest of the transfer.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference in my life is that I'm now secured. I fixed a metalic door and windows which were old and now find myself safe. Besides, I live happily seeing my child go to high school. I strongly dought if I could have taken him to high school without the support I received from GD.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What GD does well is that it brought positive changes in my community. I'm actually not aware of what GD doesn't do well.
