How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is now different in that, I have been able to educate my children and invest part of the transfer for my future family livelihood.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give directly has done well in developing the poor communities. And on the other hand, according to me the only thing that GD has done bad in skipping eligible households who are even very vulnerable.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for paying my children's school fees, buying beddings and for paying back debts.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that ,since i bought bicycle transport is now easy and we dress now well.

The moment I received the money ,I felt happy and thanked God.

I have spent my transfer to pay for piece of land at 300,000ugx, purchased bedings at 300,000ugx, bicycle at 320,000ugx paid debt of 40,000ugx.The balance of the transfer to buy a cow.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
This transfers will enable me buy oxen for ploughing. Also i will buy one cow that can provide milk for my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest moments is during afternoon after eating lunch. This is a time i rest with little stress.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is inadequacy of money for buying oxen and a cow. I always delay planting each season due to lack of oxen for ploughing.
