Receiving this money would mean that we would finally be able to have capital to boost and stablize our business. This cash sounds huge and we feel it would be the perfect add-on for our investment. From this we feel we'll be realizing profits that would help alleviate our poverty in all dimensions that we are facing today in our family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
June this year was our happy year as we were able to harvest 10 bags of groundnuts weighing 100 kilograms each. This was a big deal to us because like I pointed out earlier it's not easy to harvest that much with the climate change impacts we are facing here.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently, lack of financial capital to boost our sacks selling business is our only challenge. We invest 100 thousand kwacha in this business as of now and the profit we don't make any meaningful profits from that to carter for our daily sustainance such as food and clothing. We turn to seek refuge from agriculture but that too disappoints us as we get low yields because of the erratic rain patterns in our area.
