Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
This money has enabled me buy requirements with ease for my daughter that has joined a nursing school and to settle annual school requirement for the 7 orphans that I am taking care off. In addition, I have been in position to plant trees that I believe will help me financially at my old age. Before receiving this transfer, I didn't have enough money to implement my plan of planting trees.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I was overwhelmed by joy and thanked God for the gift of cash that will help me accomplish most of my plans.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to purchase a cow at UGX 450,000, ploughed 5 acres of land at UGX 500,000 that I am currently planting trees, I also bough seeds(maize and beans) and paid labour for planting at UGX 170,000, acquired requirements for my daughter that was joining a nursing school at UGX 330,000 and UGX 250,000 I spent on buying utensils, clothes and requirements for my other primary going children.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Recieving this money means that I will be able to pay my debt over a piece of land that I had morgaged to someone at the time my child was completing university. The time period is over due for me to pay back my debt and the person I morgaged the land to, over demands which stresses me the more. The balance of the money I will purchase a bull to help me age well because bulls grow faster for easy marketing.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when one of the orphans I am taking care off is back from school, I feel joy in my heart because this child is hardworking at school and even the teachers like him so much. This child gives me hope that I should strive so hard to make sure he studies so that in future he can be a resource to the family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is having a difficulty of raising orphans with all basic needs on me.Paying school fees, feeding and medical treatment is so challenging yet I am also aging at the same time with no clear source of income but rather depending on subsistence farming.
