What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 500,000 ugx on my spouse's medical bills and the remaining balance of 1,000,000 ugx I am planning to plaster my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I am so happy that givedirectly did so well to send me the cash transfers that enabled me purchase land and plaster my house. In my opinion there is nothing that givedirectly has not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is so comfortable and I am very grateful that givedirectly enabled me accomplish what I had dreamed of doing before. My grand children will have property to inherit in the future. If givedirectly had not sent me the cash transfer, I would have lost the land I had acquired and poverty would have also hit me so hard.
