How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
For the past 15 years, I have been living in a mud-and-stick house with a zinc roof. Though I make farms the farm work is very hard. Seeing my 3 kids and me sleeping in the same room is embarrassing. At times I feel shameless about my situation. Receiving this money from Give Directly will help my family and me to have a long-lasting and spacious house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
My husband and I go to the farm every day to do hard labor work. We have been doing this farm work for the past 15 years. Moreover, the money that we are getting from the farm is not enough to build us a spacious house with concrete bricks. So the fact that My family and I received money from Give Directly to be able to build a house that is spacious and long-lasting tells that I'm very happy and Give Directly is doing extremely well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
For more than 15 years, my 3 children and I have been living in a house made of mud and sticks with a thatch roof. However, I make a farm but the money I earn from the farm is what I use for food. We don't have money to build a house with a zinc roof I intend to use the money to build a spacious concrete house with a zinc roof that will last for many years to come even after I'm gone.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been living in a very small and undecent house for so many years, it has always been my desire to make it look better. Today by the help of God through Give Directly, I will be able to buy few bags of cement to plaster my house. Additionally I will buy zinc, because I intend breaking a portion of it to expand it and make it spacious for the comfort of my children and I.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly does everything well in my opinion. They have brought us so much joy and we're grateful. I will now have a decent place for my family and I to lay our heads which I'm grateful for.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My recent transfer was spent on few bags of cement, a bundle of zinc, my children's clothes and food for my house.
