How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
It has always been my dream to build a house for myself. Through GiveDirectlys transfers, this dream is soon coming into reality. I have already started building it and it will soon come into completion. Being able to build a house has made my life different from how it was four months ago.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal in life is to buy some chairs after completing building my house. I have settled on this because I will not have to buy them again after getting married.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am almost completing building myself a house. The only part remaining is to fix doors and one window. I have been sleeping at my neighbors' house and it was always inconveniencing as I would at times walk for a longer distance before getting a place to sleep.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, my life will be different from how it is now. This is because I will have finished building my house and I will no longer be looking for shelter at other peoples houses. In addition to this, I will have opened a shop in our nearest shopping centers which I will be running. This shop will be my source of income.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different in that I no longer have to work for long hours just to earn money to meet daily needs. I used to work for long hours to be able to get that income to meet my daily needs. Doing these casual labour often left me exhausted and paid very little at the end of the day. Receiving these transfers, has enabled me to relax at times that I feel tired and has at the same time enabled me to attend to my own private investments without having to worry of what I will eat at the end of the day.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I plan to buy a dairy cow. Throughout my life, I have seen my parents struggle with the cost of buying milk day in day out. This, I know has been so costly to the family. My desire is to bring this to an end and probably save the money that could otherwise have been used to buy the milk for other meaningful family investments. This, I plan to do by selling my goats and getting additional income from my casual labour.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have been able to hit my target in terms of goat rearing. Before I started receiving these transfers, I had only one goat. I always desired to expand my goat keeping which was often crippled by the fact that I did not have enough money. I am now a proud farmer with five goats to keep. These goats will be of great help to me and my family in the long run.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect my life to change in that I will have bought the dairy cow that I have always desired to own. After accomplishing the dream of owning a dairy cow then I can think of building a new house that will host my family in the coming days. This, I know shall come to pass with the assistance from GiveDirectly transfers and other investments made with the same.
