What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying more stock for my polythene business (45,000 KES) that was almost collapsing.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is transformed in many ways due to GD Transfer. It happens that I run a polythene business that was almost collapsing at some point. I injected 90% of the transfer in polythene business three months ago, and it has grown to an extent that I am supplying other Sub-counties like Awasi, and Muhoroni, and have saved money enough from the profits generated since additional capital to buy a motor cycle to facilitate me as I carry out the deliveries. Life is looking up these days. Thank you very much GD for making this possible for me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD is simply the answer, since GD started operations in our village we have seen great changes for those of us who were focused, and most important of is that we beneficiaries have been empowered to improve our standards of living further.
